Great Career Opportunity! Family owned restaurant has an opening on their team for a Restaurant Manager:

  • Strong back of house/Kitchen Management and Culinary Skills
  • Coordinate the restaurant, including front-of-house
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
  • Organize and supervise shifts (up to 15 employees)
  • Supervise, engage and ensure productivity and efficiency of staff
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
  • Control costs and cut waste

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as restaurant manager, kitchen manager, restaurant general manager or lead cook/chef
  • Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration (preferred/not mandatory)

Hours of Operation: Tuesday – Thursday: 11 AM – 10 PM Friday: 11 AM – 11 PM Saturday: 4 PM – 11 PM Sunday: 11 AM – 10 PM
